 Mm, Mm, Mocha- Chocolate cake bathed in Kahlua filled with mocha pastry cream frosted with chocolate buttercream.  Mm, mm, good.

 Tuxedo Cake- Layers of chocolate and vanilla cake held together by chocolate fudge filling. Not only delicious but the two tone effect looks beautiful on the plate.

 Turtle Cake- Chocolate cake filled with caramel buttercream, pecans and more caramel, covered in caramel buttercream.

OTHER TREATS AVAILABLE:

Tres leches cake- This cake gets its name from the three milks (sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk and heavy cream) that are soaked into the cake. The cake is like a giant sponge soaking up all that delicious milk syrup, making it the moistest and yummiest you’ve ever had. The whole thing is topped off with a meringue frosting.

 Flan- If you have never had it, flan is a delicious, creamy custard. Imagine the richest custard ever. So rich you can cut it with a knife! It has a caramelized sugar syrup that gives it a sweet, complex taste. Rich and dense, yet light on the tongue.  $20   serves 8-12

Flourless Chocolate Cake- It’s all about the chocolate… extreme chocolate! Essentially, a chocolate truffle made into a cake, impossible not to love.  $30  serves 8-12

Tiramisu- An Italian dessert with alternating layers of coffee/Kahlua soaked ladyfingers and a mascarpone mixture; finished off with a dusting of cocoa.  Sweet and creamy, but not cloyingly sweet…a piece of heaven in your mouth!  $35 serves 12-15

Tropical Caramel Banana Cake- A Latin take on the upside down cake. Sweet, delicious plantains covered in caramel which in turn soaks into the cake. Makes my mouth water!  $40 serves 12-15
